Midori Swimwear: Materials, Fit & Small-Batch Production
When you are comparing swimwear, specific information is more useful than broad labels. At Midori, we focus on the details we can clearly explain: fabric testing, fit, construction, production quantities and how the suit is designed to wear.
Current Midori swimwear materials
- OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified fabric tested to a recognized harmful-substance standard.
- UPF 50+ sun-protective swim fabric.
- Four-way stretch for comfortable movement and recovery.
- Three-layer construction in current bikinis for a soft, substantial feel.
Midori does not currently claim that its swim fabric is biodegradable or made from recycled or regenerated fibers.
Small-batch production
Midori produces in smaller quantities, which lets us respond to customer feedback and be more intentional about what we restock. Styles and colors can rotate in and out, while core fits return based on demand.
Choose your own fit
Midori swimwear is sold as separates so you can choose different top and bottom sizes. Current bottom coverage ranges from skimpy Kai to cheeky Brayden and moderate-coverage Parker. Current tops include supportive Rowan and adjustable string-triangle Indah, with additional styles returning in 2026.
