FAQ
Are duties or taxes included in my international shipping cost?
There may be taxes, duties and/or VAT costs applied by customs towards your order before or after the delivery of your package. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping amount and will not be paid for or reimbursed by Midori. If you refuse the order, you will not be refunded by Midori.
What if I entered the wrong address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately—we’ll do our best to catch it in time. Once an order ships, we’re limited in how much we can change.
What happens if my package is returned or refused?
If you would like to cancel an order that has been refused or returned to us, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount as well as a 10% restocking fee.
What if my order is lost or stolen?
Express is the only option we offer in the US that includes insurance and a guaranteed delivery date. If you forgo choosing Express, Midori is not responsible for replacing, refunding, or tracking your lost package.
