Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:
✔ Unworn & Unwashed – Tried on over underwear only, with no signs of wear.
✔ No visible signs of use – Including deodorant or makeup stains, scents, or hygienic marks.
✔ All original tags must be intact.
✔ The hygiene liner must be fully attached and not removed or re-stuck.
Note: Sale items, gift cards, and anything marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Final Sale
Purchases marked as "Final Sale" are final and ineligible for a return or exchange of any kind. There are no exceptions
International Returns
Prepaid shipping labels are currently available for US + Canadian returns only. Canadian return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund or store credit amount. Request a label above to make an international return for store credit or a full refund (minus shipping costs).
Processing Time
Please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed then 2-5 days for a refund to reflect on your bank statement once your return has been processed.
Right to Refuse Returns
Returns sent back with deodorant stains or otherwise used will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, gift cards, and store credit are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
