We ship all orders within 24 hours, Monday-Friday. For customers in California, most orders arrive within 2 days using our standard shipping (free for orders over $100).
For the rest of the U.S., delivery typically takes 4 days with free standard shipping.

Midori Gift Cards make a great gift!
I ordered a gift card as a birthday present for one of my dear friends who was to leave to Mexico within a week of my order. When I did not receive a shipping notification I emailed Rachel asking whether I might be able to change my order to a e-code instead to have it for my friends birthday. She did one better. She acknowledged that while my order had been initially overlooked she would overnight it to me and I received it just in time!

I ordered a package on a tight schedule and due to COVId related delays at USPS my package was going to be late. I contacted the company and they reshaped my package with 2-day delivery via FedEx with no extra charge to me. They were very responsive and I will be a customer again in the future.
